Shipping policy

CARA B Naturally™ ships via UPS Basic as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will work hard to process and ship your CARA B Naturally™ products as soon as possible - all orders placed before 2:00 pm, Eastern Time will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. If we need to delay shipping as a result of unusually high order volume or back ordered items, please accept our apologies and we will provide you with timely email updates as to your order status and projected shipping date.

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (Additional charges apply. See table below for details). Delivery times for UPS 2Day, UPS Standard Overnight, and International (including Hawaii and Alaska) shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for this extra day when placing your order.

CARA B Naturally™ is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
